Investment Analyst

Who are we looking for?

  • Prior knowledge of finance or investment is not required. Full training will be provided.

Role description

This is a permanent entry-level position which would suit a recent or soon-to-be graduate, or someone looking to start a career in investment.

Key responsibilities will include evaluating and completing new investments, as well as monitoring the existing portfolio. In addition, the Investment Analyst will be responsible for a variety of research and ad-hoc analysis tasks, as well as some level of administrative work.

VenCap invests globally and there are opportunities for international travel. The company also supports its analysts through the IMC (Investment Management Certificate) and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) qualifications.

The basic starting salary for the position will be between £30-35k, depending on the experience of the final candidate. We can be flexible on start date.
